Callisto Genco

Callisto Genco is a mechanical engineer who graduated from University of Bari (Italy) with a thesis in robotics. He is an author of international publications and participated in several university ventures. He also carries over 30 years experience in the automotive industry, involving project management, product development, client relations and R&D.

He worked for Elasis (a consortium company of the FIAT group located in Bari /Italy) on the disruptive “Diesel common rail” project, contributing transversally to the components and system optimisation. He spent two years in Torino working for Lear corporation as a project engineer. In 1998 he moved to Luxembourg and worked for Delphi Technologies as common rail system developer covering project and product management roles around diesel - gasoline systems and components.
